  • May 31, 2007 – The 3/F is now completed and portions of the 2/F are still under construction. Ardent Devcorp is preparing to turn-over control of all residential floors, major equipment and common areas to The Mondrian Residences Condominium Corporation.
  • April 30, 2007 – The project is 99% completed. 2/F and 3/F remain under construction. All common areas, major equipment and completed floors are being prepared for turn-over to The Mondrian Residences Condominium Corporation.
  • March 31, 2007 – Both passenger elevators completed and operational. Floors 4 to 21 are completed. Minor finishing works on-going. Construction continues on the 2/F and 3/F.
  • January 31, 2007 – Inspections continue and more units have been turned-over. The Mondrian is now ready for occupancy. Interior finishing of the lower floors continue. Interior finishing of the passenger elevators has begun. The service elevator is now operational.
  • December 31, 2006 –  Inspections are on-going for the upper floor units. Turn-over of some units has already started. The lower floors continue their finishing works. The building’s architectural feature has also been completed.
  • November 30 – The building’s Occupancy Permit received form the Muntinlupa Building Official. The Main Lobby has been completed and interior finishing works continue on the lower floors. The colored glass for the architectural feature was delivered and installation is on-going. Testing of the building’s systems is on-going as well.
  • November 17 – Permanent power connected by Meralco. Elevators are being tested and commissioned to resume inspections by buyers.
  • October 15, 2006 – Despite still being under construction, The Mondrian Residences passed through the recent mega typhoon Milenyo with only minimal damage as compared to other completed buildings in the area. Any damage sustained was due primarily to the fact the building is still open to the elements. However, we were scheduled for permanent power connection by Meralco by the first week of October, 2006. Unfortunately, Meralco has de-prioritized all private sector projects to concentrate on the emergency repairs to their systems. No new date has been set for permanent power connection. Without this, our elevators cannot be operated to bring owners to upper floor units for inspection. Buyers will be advised of new inspection schedules.
  • September 30, 2006 – Exterior windows from the 10/F to the penthouse are already completely installed. The elevators have been installed but we are waiting for the connection of permanent power by Meralco for final testing and commissioning. Units in Phases 1-A and 1-B are complete are ready for inspection by unit owners. G/F Lobby is essentially complete.
  • July 31, 2006 – IEEI has started to assemble the elevator cars on site. Interior Finishing works continue with Phase 1 residential floors fast nearing completion. Inspections by owners of Phase 1-A units to be scheduled shortly. Exterior painting resumed after having been stopped for a few days due to inclement weather.
  • June 30, 2006 – Service Elevator shaft completed. IEEI mobilized on-site to begin installation of elevators. Interior finishing works continue. Permanent water connected. Water meters installed. Generators delivered to site.
  • May 31, 2006 – Passenger elevator shafts completed. Service elevator to be completed shortly. Interior finishing works continue on the residential floors at a steady pace. Installation of utilities continue.
  • April 30, 2006 - Exterior painting resumes on the East Asia side of the building. Construction of the passenger elevator is now at the 17 th Floor, while the service elevator is at the penthouse level. Masonry works begin on Floors 3 to 9 and interior finishing is on-going on Floors 10 to 17.
  • March 31, 2006 - Construction of the passenger elevators has reached the 12 th Floor, while the service elevator is at the 19 th Floor. Interior finishing of the 10 th , 11 th and 17 th Floors commences. Renovation of the existing utilities continues.
  • January 25, 2006 – The 4th Floor Model Unit (in turn-over condition) is completed. The finishing of units on the 20th floor are substantially completed. Interior finishing of units on the 18th and 19th floors is on-going. Renovation of the existing utilities is on the 17th floor. Works on the new service elevator shaft, existing passenger elevators and fire escape stairs continue.
  • December 31, 2005 – The Construction of the new service elevator shaft and the renovation of the fire escape stairs is at the 5th floor. Rework on the existing passenger elevator shafts begins at the basement level.
  • December 18, 2005 – Interior finishing begins at the 20th floor.
  • November 14, 2005 - Sussex mobilized on site to begin interior finishing activities.
  • September 2, 2005 – The Interior Finishing Package was awarded to Sussex General Contracting (Phils.), Inc., a certified AAA contractor
  • August 4, 2005 - The General Contractor Package was awarded to Acro Industrial Development and Construction Corporation, a certified AAA contractor.
  • June 2, 2005 - The 2-bedroom model unit is completed and open for viewing.
  • April 5, 2005 – Condominium Certificates of Titles (CCT’s) issued for all units.
  • March 28, 2005 – Interior finishing commences.
  • February 15, 2005 - Construction ofthe 2-bedroom model unit commences.
  • January 31, 2005 Exterior painting (primer coat) work has begun. Preparation for the bidding process for interior finishing as well as all mechanical, electrical and plumbing works is underway.
